Guest Ratings & Reviews
I loved the serene location among the mountains, but the distance from the main center was a drawback. The rooms were small and not clean enough, which was disappointing. The service, on the other hand, was incredibly helpful and kind. The dining experience offered tasty North Indian dishes but lacked variety. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
Upon arrival, the wooden lodge felt like a sauna due to AC issues, and there was ongoing construction nearby. The room had maintenance issues like a taped ceiling and a bath area lacking a shower curtain, which was unexpected given the room price.
The hotel is located on a hilltop overlooking the entire Dharamshala, offering great privacy, comfort, and stunning views. The rooms were spick and span, but slightly small for the price paid. The service was exceptional, with a proactive and helpful staff. The dining experience was a mix of awesome North Indian cuisine but lacked variety. The location provides a peaceful getaway but is quite far from the main center of Dharamshala.
The hotel is nestled in the mountains and offers a serene atmosphere, although it's a bit far from the main Dharamshala center. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful, even opening the gym early. While the room lacked some basic amenities and had a leaking shower, the traditional North Indian dining experience was fantastic.
The hotel offers a lovely view of the mountains from rooms with balconies, which were very nice. However, some room features like the taped ceiling in the bathroom and lack of a shower curtain in the bath area were a downside. The service was overall very cooperative and accommodating with a minor issue of suspicion about leaving without payment. The location, while good, is a bit far from Mclodgunj and Dharamshala, making it somewhat isolated. The dining experience, although mostly good, had a mishap with the wrong food being served by trainee staff. The facilities provided were satisfactory.
The hotel had some issues with the rooms such as AC cooling problems and ongoing construction, but the service was very good with polite and helpful staff. The location is praised for its scenic beauty but might be inconveniently located. The dining experience had a mix of positive and negative points.
